Thrive Agritech’s brand is rooted in innovation, sustainability, practicality, and partnership. Unlike other agricultural technology companies that are business-facing, they strive to focus on approachability and ease of use - which I decided to reflect in their new design system that incorporates more organic, earthy tones.




Newsletter Design
This first edition of Grower's Journal achieved a 32.6% open rate, a 10.5% CTR, and 5 new subscribers.
For context, in B2B email campaigns:
A 20-30% open rate is considered good, while 30%+ is a strong benchmark.
A 3-5% click-through rate (CTR) is solid, and 5%+ is exceptional.
